Developed an E-commerce Strategy
With our guidance, Choccotastic has gone from a B2C business; selling products in their Ledbury café, on market stalls and direct to consumers online. To supplying over 20 national attractions with wholesale goodies in less than a year!
Choccotastic is now expanding into a multipurpose premises, to match the increased demand for production and elevate their chocolate workshop experiences.
Pivoting Heather’s strategy towards wholesale e-commerce and aiming her marketing towards specific sectors that complimented her products, helped put her on an upwards trajectory that’s not slowing down.
Heather’s determination to progress is why she’s been such an amazing student! All our advice has been heard and implemented and now she’s very clear on the next steps for Choccotastic.
Established Brand Guidelines
Not to lose the already recognisable logo, we opted to vectorise and clean up the eligibility of the existing one, making it easier to be used for all digital or print purposes.
We also created a main colour palette, with gradients, as well as seasonal colour variations. We determined header and body fonts and created general assets for CRM campaigns.
All working towards consistency across the brand.
Designed a Trade Focused Website
We redesigned Choccotastic’s website to work better for wholesale customers using the new brand guidelines across the site and adding the trade account function. Steadily, we worked through Choccotastic’s product catalogue and upgraded the photography sitewide.
The automated email templates were also updated to match the branding and a CRM system was integrated, so Heather could keep customers informed with offers, new products and news.
Captured an Audience
We created a wholesale catalogue to go alongside samples which Choccotastic was sending out to potential stockists. Showcasing the new product photography and creating trade specific ranges, which targeted national attraction’s calendar of seasonal events.
We also encouraged Heather to become a NFAN member and she held a trade stall in 2025 where other examples of our print design could be seen such as; roller banners, business cards, trade price sheets, offline order form and exclusive event POS.
